Around 2000, I was lucky enough to receive some NLP coaching. 

It worked; I'm a fan.  I'm now on a mission to tell people why and how coaching and NLP works. 

Since then, I've trained extensively across coaching, NLP, psychotherapy, behavioural psychology and hypnosis.  I've worked with large 'blue chip' organisations across private and public sectors, charities, SME's and micro businesses.  The common themes have always been improving relationships and changing behaviours.

I moved to the glorious Isle of Wight in 2015, following my heart (e.g. the love of my life) and have continued to support individuals, groups & businesses to become the very best versions of themselves they can be.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to have been trained, mentored, supported and encouraged by a number of exceptional people (you know who you are) and I shall always be grateful for the depth of learning, wisdom and compassion they have shown me.
